I am currently working on Gleantap, an AI-powered Customer Engagement and Marketing Automation platform. The platform helps businesses unify customer data, automate marketing and sales workflows, and deliver personalized customer experiences at scale. It offers advanced features such as AI-driven customer segmentation, customer journey automation, sales engagement, reputation management, omnichannel communication, and customer retention. As a Full Stack Engineer, I contribute to designing and developing scalable backend services, AI-powered features, REST APIs, third-party integrations, and performance optimizations to enhance the platform's reliability and user experience.

• Integrated WhatsApp Business APIs using the Facebook Graph API into the omnichannel inbox for seamless customer messaging.
• Integrated the Google Ads API to automatically synchronize customer segments with Google Ads, enabling targeted advertising and audience management.
• Implemented an SMS Credit Wallet system with automatic recharge functionality based on configurable minimum credit thresholds.
